Madanagopal Ramu

Madanagopal Ramu is the Head of Equity and Fund Manager at Sundaram Alternates, the alternative investment arm of Sundaram Asset Management, where he oversees Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). A qualified Cost Accountant, he also holds a Master's degree in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy. With over 18 years of experience in equity research and fund management, he began his career at Centrum Broking before joining Sundaram in 2010 as a Research Analyst. He later served as Head of Research and moved to Sundaram Alternates in 2018. Ramu follows a research-driven investment approach, focusing on business quality, management strength, and financial fundamentals. He manages strategies such as Sundaram India Secular Opportunities Portfolio, Sundaram Emerging Leadership Fund, Voyager PMS, and Rising Stars Portfolio.
